2. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Seller Obligations
Sellers must provide accurate product descriptions, honor their stated policies, and fulfill orders in a timely manner. KYC verification is required for all sellers.
4. Buyer Obligations
Buyers agree to pay for items purchased and provide accurate shipping information. Disputes should be raised within 14 days of delivery.
5. Payment Terms
All payments are processed securely through our payment partners. Konnekt does not store payment card information.
6. Prohibited Activities
Users may not engage in fraudulent activities, sell prohibited items, or violate any applicable laws. Violations may result in account suspension.
7. Dispute Resolution
Konnekt provides a dispute resolution system for issues between buyers and sellers. Our admin team will review and mediate disputes fairly.
8. Limitation of Liability
Konnekt is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
